you know the make your own coffee at 7

you get 2 small packs for ten baht along with packs of cream and sugar

i am guessing each has about 50 mg of caffeine, maybe more,

but would really like to know

any ideas?

I dont know exactly but going off the amount of caffeine in other beverages, I'd say it's more likely close to double that.

Nescafe' Protect.

Been trying to get info on this but having no luck

Why is it called Protect and what does it protect you from.

Googling, I found this site. No information about how much caffeine it contains, just “PROTECT has the same caffeine level as regular coffee”

About protection, it says “Thank to its high antioxidant content, PROTECT prevents exposure to free radicals (oxidative stress) which have been shown to play a crucial role in the development of chronic human diseases and ageing.”
