New O Visa Penang - What Income Req's?

What income statements/documents are required (if any) to get a NEW O visa from Penang?

I have emailed them but still waiting for a reply...

I don't know of any Consulate that has an income requirement for issue of a non immigrant O visa but some have a bank deposit figure if you want a multi entry type. Singapore is reportedly 400k and Penang has been reported to be zero from some and "something" by others. There does not seem to be a fixed requirement at Penang but reporting has not been enough to be sure. In any cast a single entry should not require a bank deposit (although you would still technically have to be able to show 20k for entry).
