Yes they should, on the reverse of the card is the logo for international use. I.e. Plus which is a major network used here. If there are no 'bugs' on the reverse you need to get an international card, though AFAIK virtually all cards issued to falang accounts are so configured by default.

Mine worked in the US. Yes, it should work, but do check for the codes and if in doubt go to your Thai bank and confirm that you have an international card.

ATM card, as only with the bank logo, I dont think so.

ATM card, as with an international logo, like VISA Electon, it should work just as your home issued one.

Not sure about Siam City but Kasikorn Visa cards with the 'Plus' symbol

on the back work everywhere I've tried.
