I was talking to a farang friend today who has land, no house just land in a company name. it has been in a company name for two years now since the time he bought it from a Thai. I told him I think the law on company's has changed or is about to change and he would be better to go and see his lawyer and check things out, his lawyer told him don't worry about it as his company is two years old and it is only new companies that need to worry. I'm sure I read differently somewhere ? can somebody clear this up please. sorry if this has been covered before but I can't seem to find it on the forum.
