October 9, 200718 yr What's the official fee charged by the Department of Lands for doing a simple survey ? In this case it would be just putting in 4 corner posts to subdivide one rai from a larger parcel. Any "extras" required ?
October 9, 200718 yr If its as simple as you describe then my guess is that it will be less than 3,000 baht for the survey. Ask at the land office and they will tell you the exact amount. Do be advised that to split a parcel requires more than just a survey.

We got the Land office to send a couple of guys around to accurately measure the area of a piece of land and ensure the chanote markers were actually in the right postion. Can't remember exactly what we paid, but something like 3,000 - 4,000 Baht. took them about an hour to do it.
