90 Day Check In Recipts

Featured Replies

I'm starting to get a thick collection of those 90 day check in receipts in my passport. Anyone know if you need to keep the old ones in there? No one has EVER wanted to look at them....

Who are you reporting to? The old receipt is (should be) retained by the immigration office and a new receipt (bottom part) returned to you each time. You should not have a stack of receipts in your passport.

In Jomtien, Immigration remove the old reporting slip before attaching the new one! I guess your immigration office can not be bothered!

Strange as it clearly states on the form

  1. Copy of all passport pages (up to the latest arrival stamp in the Kingdom or latest visa stamp)
  2. Copy of arrival/departure card TM. 6 (front and back)
  3. Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (if any)
  4. Completely filled in and signed notification form TM. 47

Never have i received back the old 90 day check in receipts....

Hmmmm....well that's Mae Hong Son again for you; tho just did the most recent one at Chiang Mai a couple of weeks ago but they didn't rifle thru them either. Oh well good to know I can toss the old stack stapled in the back, some are really tattered...
