donx Posted October 27, 2007 Share Posted October 27, 2007 It depends on your situation. If you or your spouse are Thai then he can have a Thai passport no matter where he is born. If neither of you are Thai then I think he can only get a Thai passport if you are a permanent resident. Use the search function of this forum because this has been discussed previously.
