My wife's water broke almost 36 hours ago and she's on her way to Roi Et city for a cesarean.

Does anybody happen to know the best hospital/doctor to go to there for that?

It's 9:51 now, I assume the issue will be moot in 30 minutes or so...

The 30 minutes is about how long i figured i had to call and make a suggestion before she was admitted somewhere...

Other than the increased risk of infection, the baby shouldn't be in any danger just because the water broke. But because of the increased risk of infection, hospital likely to go right for the cesarean.

Just talked the mia, for reasons that I can't contemplate without having to go postal upon my return to the province, she hasn't left yet.

So, suggestions still welcome for the best doctor/hospital in Roi Et.

I have to say this is one of the strangest posting ever! My wife is due in 3 months and I even know now exactly the routine that will happen when the time comes!

Very strange!

Yea, we had routes planned and alternative routes planned. It was a great moment when the time came to take her to the hospital....

Switched on the emergency lights, cruised down main at a good click, not too fast not too slow, in the M3. Folks safley got out of our way, nothing crazy. It helped that it was 11 PM, hardly any traffic.

I can't understand why he is asking such a question at this point. <deleted>, he's had 9 months to plan. :o

Roi Et city, the "amphur meuang" is small and there can't be many hospitals there. The best hospital in the province is almost certainly in the provincial capital. Heading there would be the best bet. In the surrounding districts the hospitals are likely smaller although I bet they have performed many cesarians.

I can't contemplate without having to go postal upon my return to the province

Thank you all for taking the time to read my post.

I hope you'll forgive me for not explaining myself or the situation to you.

If anybody actually has a recommendation, I would be happy to receive it by PM.

[if a moderator happens to read this, I see no reason not to close this thread. Thank you.]
