Dentist Help Please--silom/aree

I need a new crown plus a few fillings and odds. I don't want titanium implants or fancy stuff. I am a poor teacher (sigh).

I will probably need 3 or 4 visits.

I live near Aree and work near Siam/Silom. As I am both busy with work and lazy about dentists, I don't want to know about wonderful dentists in OnNut, Thonburi or Rangsit (sorry)

Can anyone give info about the following:

Phyathai Dental Clinic above OLD Villa near Aree

Paolo Hospital Dental Dept

Thaniya Plaza Clinic Silom (in the plaza, used by many farang)

Chula dental faculty (takes paying clients, I hear)

Costs are important.

Can you suggest me a room/studio in the wider banglamung area for 5500 baht pm? Quiet would be a criteria I m currently in Na kluea for 5500 plus bills, a big studio fully furnished, but neighboring rooms are each shared by 2/3 and even 4 people. Moreover my balcony opens on a very noisy bus parking Thnx x ideas

Anything that gets oil through the Strait is better than what Iran's trying to do, which is punish all countries that use it because of the conflict between the US, Israel and them. It's also hurting them and their trade. Global leaders and neighboring countries, including the UAE and European nations, have strongly condemned Iran's attacks on commercial shipping.

I know. I'm suspiscious about the 'why now' aspect of this, rather than the 'why not the Thais too' aspect. One possible explanation for both could be that, the insitigator (PM Anutin), is drumming this up as a nationalist redirection away from the real pressing issues facing Thailand's economy. The country is in serious economic trouble and the government clearly doesn't have any obvious strategy to deal with multiple financial issues it faces. So the bad foreigners trying to illegally own Thai property are low hanging fruit is an easy sell to the public - no need in his mind to go after the Thais in any big way. Also Anutin has a track record of voicing dislike of foreigners (usually westerners). Not sure why.

It all started when they reduced the limits on transfers and ATM withdrawals, not just my accounts but my Thai wife as well. We appealed through the local branch but her money is still locked to low limits. If you need to withdraw more than the daily limit you need counter service and then they charge you for not using the ATM. There are other threads on this and some posters have not had their limits reduced and do not have problems. Now you cannot use a PC to enter their website without the KBiz app instead of a password. I recently updated my new passport with facial recognition (it took an hour to do) but the app still only recognizes the old passport so I cannot log in to the app, let alone the website on the PC. I do not know who runs their IT department but they seem like monkeys.`
