sleepwalker999
Hello, I have entered Thailand 3 times within the last 6 months with a 30day on arrival stamp but the visits have been spaced out with say a week in between each entry as I have come from on the first entry from India, the second time from Cambodia and the third time from Ireland. Does this mean Im not eligible for another entry on a stamp and that I have to get a tourist visa? Thanks, Simon Edited November 6, 2007 by sleepwalker999
lopburi3
The rule is not more than 90 days in a six month period. So if you stayed 30 days on each entry you will have stayed 90 days and will require a visa for entry.
sleepwalker999
I only stayed about 40 days in total so I presume that means I dont require a tourist visa?
lopburi3
No. But a visa entry might provide a better experience.
Crossy
No. But a visa entry might provide a better experience. Particularly if you intend entering close to the six-month aniversary of your initial entry, it is possible that you'll be given a short stamp valid only up to the aniversary
