Hi everybody,

after using 3 x 30 days visa free entry to Thailand i went to laos and got at the thai embassy in Vientiane a DOUBLE ENTRY Tourist visa.

I entered Thailand then again with this Visa (1st. ENTRY) and stayed just 10 days, cause i had to fly back to Germany for family reasons.

Now i am still in cold europe and looking for a flight back to thailand. Just by chance i took a look in my passport and i saw that the immigration at the airport stamped a USED stamp on my visa. I didnt check it before, normally they stamped the visa with USED when all entry have been used up.

I still have 1 entry left. Why they stamped it just over with USED?

My questions:

when i arrive in thailand again, will i be able to use the one entry that i have left, even the USED stamp is on it?

They can see that i have 2 entries permitted on the Visa, and the entry/exit stamps show that just one have been used yet.

Or will they make problems, i think just the immigration officer overlooked that its double entry and thats why he stamped it USED?

I really need to know it, coz my 30 days free visa entries are used up for now and i will arrive just with one way ticket anyway?

Thanks a lot,

I would get a new visa. Airline is very likely to tell you no flight boarding - especially with your no return ticket and lack of visa exempt entry ability - and Immigration at Bangkok may or may not be willing to correct the error.
