Downloading Thai Immigration Documents

Featured Replies

On several occasions, I've wanted to download various Thai Immigration documents (TM.27, TM.28, etc.) for back-up copies from the Thiavisa Application Format Download Manager page, but when I press the download button, it takes me to a Microsoft program page? I already have Microsoft Works - "Word" as my word processor, sooooooooo is there a site or thread I can access that will allow me to either cut and paste or download these and other documents? :o

Try adobe reader it seems to work for me. Good luck

I don't know where the page you mention is but the link to word downloads is in the useful information at top of this forum page:

A related comment on downloaded Immigrations forms: There have been some reports of Immigration offices insisting one use the forms available in their office, not downloaded forms.

Also, my personal experience at Pattaya Immigrations was that using the downloaded forms was acceptable, BUT if it was a two-page form, it MUST be printed as both sides of a single sheet of paper (just like an original). They would NOT accept my home-made printouts that were two single sheets of paper, printed on one side only.

As usual, TiT, and in particular this is Thai Immigrations we're discussing, so YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary)!

Note: In case of any 2-pages form, please print out in one paper(front and back page).
That is correct and the above caution appears on both Immigration web site download page and our pinned item download page.

Nong Khai from reports as always been resistant to accept any form that does not have there name on it. But even if you have to copy it is easier than finding the information from scratch.

This is the one I use for all the forms

Okay Ignis, I went to the site you've listed like a heat seeking missle and have had a successful experience. Thanks for your assistance, it is appreciated.

I have also taken into advisement the threads about using the forms available at the immigration places. I just like to have back-up copies in my backpocket, just in case. :o

Use our downloads documents as a template, for information only, please ask for the original when you apply at Immigration.

Our download version might or might not work, print them out double-sided on a quality laser printer. No guarantee though.

Sound advice, I'll follow the script and smile! :o
