Hi

I have a TR which finishes on 17th Nov.. however i want to travel on this date.

Is it possible to renew the extra 30 days before the expiry date? (I am thinking of renewing on the 16th)

Yes and it is always best to do it early. Today would be fine. The 30 days start from the 17th regardless of when you do it.
