We have around 17 rai land in Maeta, Lumpang, to lease short/long term. It is situated on Lumpang-Phrae Highway, approx 40 metres wide paralleled to the Highway at the front and the river bank at the rear which will have water in rainy season. At the moment it's full of large trees. We are not farmers so have no idea what to do with it. This plot of land is in a green zone so it can only do farming.

Honestly we need someone to develop the land. It can be leased short or long terms. If you have a good developing plan the first year can be free of charge. If anyone is interested please PM me. Any genuine, workable plans will be considered.
