My Thai wife and I have about 28 Rai of rubber trees.. Now when the trees actually reach a harvestable age which is about 3 years and I transport the rubber for selling, am I classed as working? I am here on a family visa.

As long as you don't have any serious feuds going on with anyone (except perhaps your wife haha) you probably don't have to worry about it.
