Office Administrator For Ngo (thais Only)

We are looking for a Thai national with excellent English skills, including reading and writing. Jobs include:

Keeping up email correspondence with foreign volunteers, school groups, parents, and other interested parties

Meeting and greeting volunteers

Delivering Thai language and cultural training

Liaising with school and project heads

Running activities with volunteers at project sites

Visiting projects to assess the quality, needs, and potential for partnership with Dragonfly

Contacting and visiting volunteers on placements to ensure their satisfaction and solve problems

Translating documents between English and Thai languages

Writing communications in Thai, including funding proposals, partnership agreements, and official documents
