A bit more info is needed,like how big an area you want to water,what type of crop ,static or mobile system ,electric diesel or gasoline powered..

Build your own system. Go to shop which sells pipe, T's, L's, connections etc, determine what size pipe and length and get started. Same shop may have sprinkler heads but if not, has access to them. If you want the system designed for you, like Ozzy says, a lot more info is needed. A recent thread has some good info about determining what type of irrigation system to use.
