I have not yet reached 50 yrs old, so how can i stay in Thailand if i am not working or married, but have an income of 40k or can you apply for a retirement visa before your 50 ? If not, what type of visa should i apply for ?

Also if your income is from an offshore account with tax free interest, do you have to pay tax in Thailand on the whole amount or only on the amount you bring into the country ? and what is the % rate ? Hope someone can help.
