i'm going to visit Thailand in October.

I'm looking for Expat Meetings ("german" meetings too) throughout that month in Pattaya or BKK.

Anyone can give me information?

If you are staying at the Northern end of Pattaya you will meet many Germans - don't know if they have organised get togethers. (Probably at one of the many bars in the area).

What other type of 'Expat Meeting' do you want? Engineering groups, business groups, political groupss, golfers, swimmers, divers, what?

I guess you are going to really set up a solid firm or otherwise heavy investment in the country?

You could try hanging out around any swimming pool at 8am.
