Any photo shop - including the fancy wedding type places - will happily do this. They don't really mind who the customer is as long as you pay the bill!

For really good ones go to Siam Discovery. The photo shop on the same floor as Asia Books and near to Habitat. We went there with the family and they did a great job. Had some done with the BF at the same time and was very pleased! Even have costumes/fancy dress such as Thai style if you like!!
