Bkk- Sydney Return Flights

Featured Replies

Can anybody tell me the cheapest return flight from Bkk- Syd (Oz) the first week in Feb 2008 returning end of Feb 2008. Been asking locally in the NE and all they quote me is overpriced Star Alliance Airlines. Any help appreciated

Found $964 on Thai om my first search. That's pretty ok..

These guy's seem fairly reasonable. Though I have personally never used them.

Please, if you are going to recommend an agent, at least put the right URL. The one you gave is for "Golf Holidays".

The correct URL is: http://www.travelconnecxion.com/

Another alternative may be to fly BKK-KUL-OOL (Bangkok-Kuala Lumpur-Gold Coast) with Air Asia (quite cheap in February) and then fly OOL-SYD (Gold Coast to Sydney) with Virgin Blue.

Thai is the only airline flying direct BKK to SYD, others have a stop-over in Singapore, Malaysia etc.

Depends on how much you want to save versus how long you want to spend in airports.

Air Asia: BKK-KUL-OOL return in February 2008 around $AUD820 (including all taxes)

Virgin Blue: OOL-SYD is $AUD49 each way, again - including all taxes.

Total price per person for the return trip: $AUD918

You're joking, right?

BA, Qantas and Emirates also fly BKK-SYD direct.
