I read many topic and I would like to share idea or information but I couldn't post it, this time I try again to post a new topic and I hoop it will be ok.

And another thing I am looking for any renter who would like to stay a little far (less then 20 minuites to city of Chiangmai, 10 minuits to new city hall of Chaingmai and 5 minuites to center of district) from the city.
