l have a 12 month extension,,,permitted to stay until the 27/11/2008 ,,dated the 17/12/2007,,,l had a single re-entry permit , which l used (returned 0n the 31/12/2007),,,,,,,,,,, what l would like to know is when does my 90 days start from ?? the 17/12/2007or when l first applied ,, or when l arrived back on the 31st,,,,,,, l asked immigration,, and was told abruptly to work it out for myself ,, a great help they are ,,,,maybe l am to stupid to figure it out ,,, usually they give me a bit of paper with the date on it ,,,,,now even l can work it out from that

If you came back into the country on Dec. 31, then your 90 days would begin from that date, I believe.

As a matter of interest what Immigration office was this? I have my suspicions.
