Wooden Temple In North Pattaya

Can anyone tell me about the wooden temple in North Pattaya? I saw it once from my hotel balcony there and took a few photos. I have a client that wants to go to Pattaya and would like to see it while there.

Is it open to the public?

Can a boat dock there (it is on the shoreline)?

What's the name?

Thanks in advance for any information.

It would be nice if they put the times of the dolphin show too, and the times and costs for the evening dinner and show.

I notice that it's another place with dual pricing for Farangs too and seems a bit expensive.

We went a few years back, IMHO is was overpriced, and very little to see, I would not advise anyone to go there!

I took a family member there 2006 and she loved it. She was absolutely capitivated by its beauty as I was the first time I visited.

It is still 'work in progress' you can even get the experience of carving a bit of wood assisted by a craftsman.

Great place to go.

begs :o

I agree quite a sight to see and very interesting. I'd recommend it, if you never been there before. :D

I went last week to enquire - its 500 bt per person, so i went to the beach instead.

500 baht is for foreigners. Its less for Thai.

No discount for Thais, even though it says so on their website.

It doesn't mention 500 baht on the website, cheapest I think was 600/700? But I don't want a horse ride/carriage ride or boat ride around the place when it's small enough to walk.
