I have lived in Thailand for 5 years on a retirement visa. For the past two years I have gotten a notarized form from the US Embassy that states I have an income of (greater than 65,000 baht). I have not needed to show any information from my bank. Will this still be all that I need?

My entitlements go into a US bank and I withdraw them from ATMs. I also transfer cash into my Thai account from time to time. Hopefully I will not have to show proof of this as Kasikornbank was slow to come up with the requested paperwork.

Thanks in advance.

You are in the wrong forum.

Basicaly nothing has changed since you application last year. They might want to see your bank book . Or they might not. Be prepared.

I agree with Lite Beer. Whereas the 800k route is pretty straightforward,

the ATM route seems to be a bit more Iff'y.

Naka.

if you get rental from said 3 houses overseas , and you income is much over 65000k a month , but you have a mortgage and cost associated with it, what is the amount to declare ? net / brut ?

Always the gross amount.
