Where ever you make sure there is a waterfall you can visit. Thais seem to have a thing about waterfalls.

I will be marrying my Thai fiancee in the end of July / Beginning of August and i would like some recommendations of nice places for our honeymoon.... I was thinking maybe Koh Phi Phi.... But i have never been there before so i don't know.

We both love nightlife too so a beautiful beach with clear water and somewhere that we can travel to to find some bars would be nice.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance :D

I have been around quite a bit and did visit Phi Phi 3 days ago. It is known to be "one of the most beautiful islands in the world"! It is not! It is a big market with hundreds of shops. The beaches are ruined by the very heavy boattraffic. Nothing to see. If you like shopping you can find everything in Bangkok for half the price. The nightlife might be OK because we could clearly hear the disco half the night even in our sailingboat far away.

:D:o:D

We 100% won't be going to PHI PHI, Also my fiancee just told me she has been to Koh Chang too so we won't be going there. I think it more or less looks like we are definitley going to Koh Samui now. :D

Really? My last girlfriend didn't seem too... I myself love them and on our 12 hour drive up into Isaan we stopped off at a really nice one in the middle of what looked like a rainforest ha ha, But she didn't seem to be really that interested in it all, I loved it... Although the big headed black ants kept locking their big jaws onto me, I will note for next time to not sit down or stand in one place for a long time :o

Thanks for the input Mike_in_the_Cheap_Beige_Vigo_Pickup_truck :o

When you wake up, you may want to review your last 3 posts in this thread; in the meantime some are trying to be useful concerning the OP's question............
