Obvious! The guy in the pic is not a bar stool perching, beer swilling, shaven headed, tattood, fat, ugly, football hooligan, whoremonger and is obviously being extracted from Pattaya by one of the many rescue foundations dedicated to saving these lost souls and returning them to a place of safety.

The pink bike is a worry but dear old Gary G. is still in custody, albeit in hospital, possibly up for early release under this year's Tet amnesty so it's not him.
