Haven't received any for a couple of weeks. Given up on them really, I have to check all my subscribed topics by going to My Controls > My subscriptions > Topics and check all links from there. OP, you can do the same, but kind of defeats the object of having an email system in place.

I have asked support to look into this asap. I got all my notifications alright over here.

What email provider do you guys use? Hotmail? Gmail? Yahoo?

Just to make shure, Have you guys looked in the spam filter/spam folder?

I use Hotmail for my ThaiVisa emails and I've been getting them for years without any junk mailbox issues. I still get the news reports and "Recent Postings on ThaiVisa" emails with no problems, just not the thread subscriptions.

The news and "recent" are sent from a third party provider. Forum notifications and topic notifications are sent from our own mail server. I just looked, and no emails in the queue. Dan could you please check in your spam folder if your thread notifications are there by any chance.

I have not been receiving my notifications either for around 2 weeks now. I am with AOL and my spam filter is allowing mails from Thai visa.

Actually, I've gone for the latter option, I now use Gmail. Let's see if I get any notifications...

On TRUE there is may some problems with AOL Accounts. True is blocked by AOL in many parts and vise versa.

Anyway, I would look at George's suggestion and deny the use of Hotmail or Windows Live Mail which produce a lot problems. Use Gmail instead or some other E-mail provider.

But I didn't suggest to use the ISP e-mail for several reasons. But main reason is that there a lot limitation's on ISP E-mail services: space, size of e-mail, amount of and so on. Use of an 3. party provider gives you much more features and even web-mail while you didn't need to be on your own Internet account/connection to send and receive mails.

I use Outlook Seamonkey /Firefox and gmail....always have and still no notifications.....this would indicate a change at the TV end of things....basically I've changed nothing for months but this prob has begun about a week/2 weeks ago...

in fact it would appear to start onn Jan 4th.

i've checked my Outlook settings and then checked Gmail....there are no notifications on gmail after that date (checked spam etc too.)

Actually a couple HAVe come through since then....so it's not a 100% thing.

3rd edit....now I've got one today!

yes me too i didnt get any notification of replies anymore, i donno why, it was ok before. im using gmail . nothing on spam box or anything seem like TV just too lazy now?

Count me in as in the same situation - no forum response e-mails for some weeks.

I was getting them fine for many months to my same Hotmail account, straight into my Inbox, no spam filtering problem.

I haven't changed anything at this end, other than upgrading to Windows Live e-mail over the holidays. But I regularly check my Junk mail folder anyway, and nothing from TV is showing up there anyway.

Though, I still am still receiving the periodic news flashes and summariies to my Hotmail account without any problem, same as before. Only the forum reply notifications seem to have ceased.

I get the impression that this is happening to A LOT of subscribers.....i put a query out on the Pattaya forum but george took it off...i'm not sure why I asked him but he hasn't replied...must be busy solving the problem

PS - still no notifications today and my web site said I was the last contributor to this thread....not true....until now...

We do not allow multiple postings of the same topic. The issue is being dealt with here, and can be accessed by anyone should they want to.

Add me to the list, too, please. I use a regular POP3 address and collect via Spamcop. I check my spam folder there daily,so I would have picked it up if any notifications were spamblocked. They were coming in OK until I guess sometime in early to mid January.

I can confirm its not happening to everyone. In the last week I have changed from Aol to Karoo to Yahoo and finally to hotmail and received notifications all the time
