Marriage Equality Act: Nationwide Implementation from January 23rd
This will lead to depopulation. And then Thailand will try to solve its demographic problems with migrants, like EU and the US do. Immigrants from Myanmar, Laos and other neighbors of Thailand will be the first to take advantage of this. Unfortunately, little will change in relation to the farangs - but we should expect that the supporters of tough measures will be in the minority. -

VP Harris gaffs the Pledge of Allegiance
Swearing in the new 119th Senate , everyone participated in honoring the flag! "I pledge allegiance to the United States of America," the vice president said as she led the Senate in the pledge, omitting the phrase "to the flag." “Vice President Kamala Harris appeared to botch the pledge of allegiance as the Senate was sworn in for the 119th Congress. https://nypost.com/video/kamala-harris-flubs-pledge-of-allegiance-during-senate-opening-day/ I betcha Joe wouldn’t gaff the Pledge! -

Building a house in Thailand
Hi All, I'm a 51 year old British citizen living in the USA for the last 10 years. Married to a Thai lady since 2019 but together for many years before that and we have a 1 year old son. I have UK and Ireland citizenship and a Green card. Wife has Thai citizenship and a Green card. Son is a UK, Thai and US citizen. As I was born in the UK, my son has to apply for Irish citizenship through the foreign birth registration process. I've been all over Thailand and spend most of my vacation time in Phitsanulok. We are in the process of buying 10 rai about 40Km outside Phitsanulok in a small town called Nong Kula (between Bang Rakam and Lan Krabue if anyone knows the area). I plan to build a house on the land. Maybe 3 or 4 bed, 1500-2000 sq feet (our house in the US is big and a PITA to maintain). I would like a modern villa type property with a pool and solar power. I have absolutely no clue where to start. Where would I find an architect/draughtsman to do the drawings and engineers for the foundations please? Any advice where I can get some info about land transfer please? I am aware the rules about land ownership and we won't need a mortgage. Just really need some help on where to start? Thanks, -

Steve Bannon Clashes with Elon Musk: "We’re Going to Rip Your Face Off"
I might be off by a few days here, but I think he did his first firing within 11 days in his last WH stint. With EM's money, he has enough to buy his own country and still have enough for a flotilla of yachts. They need to bring back Celebrity Deathmatch, have these two clowns settle their score. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0208614
