Apply For Ed Visum And Home Ticket

Hello

Am going to study muay thai, the manager of the gym say it should be no problem

to get a ED Visum for 1 year for me.

I got a personal invitation letter,business registration number and the stamps i need.

Anything more i need? passport,copy of airticket,photos,money?

the big quotions is when i apply for 1 year ED Visum i will send all the papers to the

Swedish Ambasad with a copy of my flight ticket, should buy a home ticket to?

becuse maby after one year i want to countine to study.

Am i requarie to have a home ticket when i apply for one year ED visum?

what is the best it that case?

any other tips to get the ED smood or something i else that is easy for forget?

Most Thai consulates do not ask an applicant for a non-ED visa for a return ticket. I suggest that you call the consulate where you plan to apply regarding their requirements in your case.

Don't apply for an ED-Visum whatever you do, you will confuse the Thais more than you have me

I got a ed visa in Vientiane (Laos) two days ago. I did not have to show a ticket out of Thailand.

But when you apply for any visa in Sweden the thai embassy in Stockholm or at the thai counsulate in Göteborg they do require a ticket out of Thailand corrrespoding with your visa. If I had to pick one of the two offices for an application I would pick the Göteborg counsulate because of it´s shorter processing time.

Call and ask them what they reuire http://www.thaiembassy.se/consular/visa_swe.php just to amke sure. Have in mind, IF that they need to see a ticket, the destination don´t have to be Sweden. They only need to see a ticket out of Thailand. That means that you can buy a cheap airticket online to any destination out of Thailand (for example Bangkok-Kuala lumpur is cheap).
