The walkway between Sukhumvit Soi 5 and 7 (it comes out near the Beer Garden if memory serves me right) there's a good bloke down there, recently did some work on my brother, very good, very clean, lots of cling film and sterilization stuff, really took his time to ensure it was correct and was amenable to a bit of haggling.

Also if popping over to Pattaya, theres this guy www.tatt2dude.com, runs a blog and has some good examples of his work

Nuu at Diamond Tattoo in Seacon Square. Superb original work. He doesn't speak English so take someone who speaks Thai. I have had 32 hours of work done there and it is excellent.
