molineux Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 Hi folks, this is my first time so be gentle with me. My Non-Immigrant Visa B (multiple) expires next month and I wondered if an extension can be obtained from the immigration department?. If so, for how long and at what cost? Thank you in advance
lopburi3 Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 On what basis? You have employment/workpermit/income for your nationality?

lopburi3 Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 Immigration does not work on "impending". Unless you have firm paperwork and a job/work permit and meet the conditions believe you have little chance of an extension of stay. You are also not likely to receive a B visa from any local Consulate without such paperwork to include at least a work permit receipt.
