Read more carefully... I said 35k/month...

High season only months, with that specification list, for less than 12K/month. Doubt it.... best of luck.

I will try to go ask the name and conact info.. My mate stayed in a really nice service apartment.. 1 bed, maid service and linens.. Pool access.. 30k per month.

Its at the very back of the hill up the road that goes opposite from the Patong petrol station..

Secondly I dont know if toy residence has apartments with cooking.. worth a look..

I think you are referring to 50 Pee Road. The OP said nothing steep (terrain). I don't think he'll find much closer in for that sort of money and with his specifications (other than Nanai, possibly). I would have thought around B45k minimum for anything half-decent; but you never know. He'd have no problems in Kathu or Kamala and could probably pick-up something decent in Kata or Karon. Still, if he hunts around vigorously he may get lucky. That time of the year, though, it's a seller's market.

Well its not 50 pee rd.. Its on the North hillside..

But if it cant be in town, cant be on nanai, but cant be up a hill.. Hmmm, well at least it narrows it down :o !!

Sorry LivinLOS (re Hasip Pee) - with you now. I note the OP said nothing directly on Nanai. There are many sois off Nanai and heaps of accom places. I think he is best to trawl through the real estate agent adds closer to the time. (They are unlikely to even return his emails this far out.) I know the problem with agents is that they are whacking on their commission, but if there is nothing to be found in the Phuket Gazette classifieds, there may be little other choice. That time of the year, it may be rather difficult to simply scout around and find a vacancy on arrival. May have to go slightly over budget to get something suitable, but probably be worth it. Let us know how you get on, sunluvr.
