Its not just for "Residents" in Singapore though ias in PR You can use it on a Employement Pass - sort of combined visa and WP Then again there are over 800,000 of these in Singapore and about 60,000 in Thailand - would not mean much to the queues Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
