er....... why only males - this is for veal is it?

I have 14 now and expect another 18 - 23 over the next 11 days. All mine are less than a month old black & whites and you can have the lot - but I'm a fair distance from Minburi.

I don't have a slaughter license so strictly speaking I can't slaughter anything for human consumption, but any animal I am getting rid of thats destined for the pot - excepting those that go to the export slaughter house (where humane slaughter is enforced by owners for fear of loosing their export license) - gets taken out of sight/out of smell from other animals and slaughtered here by my before it leaves - its a personal thing that stems from my dislike of the way in which many cattle are slaughtered in this country. Usualy shoot them, but if its for veal then it's probably best to slit their throats
