Any more news on the Ocean 1 Tower front? The only part of the website (www.ocean1tower.com) that appears top be working are the web-cams which show that a cement works has been built on the site!!

I think Raimon Land are percieved to be the best because of their deep pockets and unlimited budget for marketing and PR, they must have better spin than Hillary Clinton. I know that many buyers were given 'Fans' because the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the place down, several received 'hush money' of 100,000 baht to keep it quiet! I came across this attached email one day, I think it says it all.

that letter truly makes me shudder, I sold real estate for 9 years in pattaya at the time this project was about and like others was truly convineced that this was a quality investment....what a real shame, away from there now and miss the life but would not buy anything basis these kind of letters
