Saw this last night with the gf. It's about a photographer and his gf who, on the way home one night, run nover a girl crossing the road and then proceed to do a runner. It comes back to haunt them as they start to experience creepy hallucinations and feelings. The 'ghost' seems to have infected their everyday life and it is then that that the photographer guy's moody past catches up with him. That's all I'm saying.

Great shocks and a terrifying twist at the end. Go see it!

Hey, you stole my thread idea! I just saw this movie MYSELF last night!!! I did see it with a date, but I don't think my date saw it 'cause he was hiding in my shoulder the whole movie!

For Thai horror movies, I have to say it WAS remarkably coherent and effective, though there were still a few too many cheap dream sequences, surprising non-sequiturs, off-screen events suddenly alluded to as vital plot elements, and gratuitously gory shots- not to mention that almost all of it was derivative of the Japanese version of The Ring- but it did it all that *well*, with few loose threads at the end, which was the unusual part. The female lead and supporting actresses were all great; the male lead was brilliant as a weak and unworthy user. The supporting actors were not worth a mention and thankfully didn't receive a lot of screen time.

Which one... ??? :o

One of the uni gals I'm 'with'.

Back on topic, I'm sorry IJWT that I stole your thread idea, where did you see it? I went to MBK and sat in a packet theatre, no complaints, only that the guy next to me kept talking (not that loudly) and halitosis, where you didn't have to be facing him to smell how bad his breath was!

I have to agree, its a great movie. I saw it twice and have to say i enjoyed it a lot more the 2nd time when you could pay more attention to details. :o

I'm contemplating a second viewing ... I can pay attention to details more.

I saw it at Major Ekkamai- they had it in one of the "roomier" theatres, so even at the basic price the seats were pretty plush with retractable arms...

No complaints about the folks around me- plenty of other couples enjoying being scared!

Saw it last night with bf and since then he has never stopped scaring me by using the similar 'tactics' as it had in Shutter!!! :o

Anyway, it's a good movie in terms of 'scaring effect' although the story itself had nothing much special.

Personally, I still find The Ring the best among all other horror films, and followed by The Eye 2. Trust me, I'm a big fan of ghost movie :D

I thought The Eye 1 was far superior to part 2. Part 2 was completely ruined by Shu Qi.

Have yet to see Eye 2..... But I'll just see it just to see Shu Qi...She is Hot!! :D

Anyway, I guess Thais are more interested in Ghost Stories, and not Zombies.... :o

It must have been Thai visa movie night! I watched it at Big C Ratchadamri. I'd say it was a nice effective ghost story. The comic bit with the Katouy in the gast station mens room was a nice break in the general tension. The only unrealistic part was him asking for toilet paper. Toilet paper in a Thai public rest room? No such thing!

I just love scary movies and my wife got a kick out of how I would jump when ever the ghost would pop up unexpectedly. :o

I saw it last night (not cos of this thread.....only one with English subtitles :o ) .

Pooped my load several times. The timing was excellent. Best horror I've seen in Thailand so far!

One good side effect. The girl I went to see it with was too scared to sleep last night so I had to have loads of sex instead! :D

Yep. 'aint life a bitch.

My favourite bit was when she put her legs.......oops should be talking about the film...try again...

My favourite bit was at the beginning when he was looking at the photo of the ghost in the class photo (side profile) and then it turned and looked at him.......shat me pants loads!!!!

Didn't hear my gig scream much though, cos there was a group of katoeys behind us who were obviously the Olympic Scream Team gold medalists.

Best part for me was when the ghost looks into the car from a side window....and at the end when he picks up the polaroid and sees the ghost sitting.........
