cathyy Posted April 19, 2008 Share Posted April 19, 2008 While we are talking about coffee, can anybody recommend a good coffee brand and roast for us poor Yanks? We like our coffee much less roasted than the normal European roasts, never mind the Thai roasts. In the US I was really happy with the Costa Rica peaberry and light roasts from Gevalia. Here we drink Nescafe instant because everything else tastes burnt to us. As a former coffee snob I am so ashamed of my instant coffee habit and my coffeemaker is sitting unused.
