Woodworking Hand Tools

After browsing and searching the net for the past few days, I am unable to find a source in Thailand for woodworking hand tools manufactured in Japan. I know others here have mentioned possessing Japanese woodworking tools but I can not seem to locate the posts.

In particular, I am seeking hand saws and chisels applicable to joinery such as dovetail and mortise/tennon but am interested in other woodworking tools as well.

The best source so far has been from the US (Japanwoodworker.com) but I have to believe that there is a source much closer as shipping from there is very expensive and would probably cost as much as a ticket to Japan (which may be my best option )

As an alternative, any Japaneses websites selliing the goods would be greatly appreciated.
