Has anyone had breast augmentation done by the female surgeon at Bumrungrad in Thailand (Tongtip Bongsadadt).

I have researched her credentials, which are great, but I cannot seem to find any patient testimonials.

however what sized implants and type are you thinking of and what cup size do you want to end up with? some stats like current cup bust ribcage body weight etc would help

NOTE bumrungrad will not implant anything higher than 250cc(if i remember correctly) through armpit incision but will do it either through aerola or under breast crease. DEFINATELY DONT GET IMPLANT IN ANY OTHER METHOD BUT ARMPIT. you dont want scars on your breasts or even under it right? everybody can see it and it would be noticeable. Armpit scar heals extremely well and besides its not on your breasts and nobody would think a scar in your armpit is due to breast augmentation. in 1 year post armpit incision the scar is barely if at all noticeable. Greechart at Yanhee or Preecha at Pai are the people.

I was not refering to saline implants! You can implant any size saline implant you want because they insert the container(implant) empty and then fill it up so its not an issue. But if you want more natural comfortable feeling breasts then cohesive silicone is the way to go and bumrungrad docs will not (as i checked with all of them) insert a silicone implant larger than 250cc through an armpit incision.

Yes an aerola insertion done absolutely perfectly and you healing perfectly (hence idea skin type minimal scarring etc) would look adequate what you fail to realise is no matter how good upon close inspection its noticeable. Last thing you want is to even take a chance of scarring or marks etc ON your breasts that show you having had augmentation. And the aerola recieves a lot of direct attention so it would not be that hard to miss.

Under the crease even healing well is still visible. Lying done, being fondled, in a bikini etc and it reveals it. Its best to avoid both methods simply because they both leave their marks on or under your breasts.

For the transax method you would want the best most experienced surgeons and Greechart is awesome (probably can do it blindfolded) since he would have done thousands. and they do upto i think 500cc(maybe even higher cant remember now) through that method though it depends on body size and armpit space etc because the bigger the silicone implant the longer the incision has to be.

Preecha routinely does upto 350 or so through transax.

I am considering going to Yanhee for BA with Dr Greechart.
