How can I loose the very last 2 inches off the waist. This 2 will make it look flat as a board.

No matter what I do it won't go away. running, sit up. I tried to starv myself, and I

don't want to that again, it give me headache and so hungry. I don't even eat that much anyway.

I tried taking weight lost pill that don't work either.

If someone with this experienced and succeed in doing so please advice.

Thank you.

Its nigh impossible to just lose weight from one area. Toning the muscles underneath can help enormously - try push ups and also sit-ups done when on a balancing ball. This helps the core stabilizing muscles too.

Have you ever considered lipo? I mean if it is really just off your waist that you want it then smart lipo will give you the results very very quickly.....

Also starving yourself increases the amount of calories your body clings onto, so it is a very destructive way to try and lose weight.

Keep us posted on how you get on!

Smart lipo can remove those 2 inches in a lunch hour - just local anasthetic......

Lose "fat off of your waist" is called "spot reduction." There is no such thing as "spot reduction."

You have to lose fat as a whole, to lose the fat around your waist.

1. what is your BF %? You need to know this first.

2. what is your p/c/f ratio?

3. Increase your protein consumption to 1 to 1.5 X per pound, IMO.

I have never met a lady Thai or otherwise that is happy with her size. There will always be someone smaller than you. Its a slippery slope into eating disorders.(not that thats where you are going) If you eat sensibly and exersize regularly you will be healthy and hopefully happy?

Its about feeling happy with yourself and not what you think people think about how you look.

Take it easy :o

You don't mention your age. Age has a huge effect on how 'easy' it is to reduce your waist line. As you get older your waist line will naturally expand. It's trying to find a balance in your life which helps you to maintain a happy body view.

At age 57, I got my waist down to 34 inches (sorry, that is 85 cm) by eating very little, and swimming up to five hours every day, vigorously. But when relaxed, maybe my belly still showed a bulge. Now I am trying to get back to that, but wonder if I can even get back to 36 inches. Speaking of reducing other areas, vigorous running or swimming will really slim down your buttocks, too.

I found this ... ""You On A Diet", by Dr. Oz and Dr, Roizen, stresses the importance of waist measurement for good health. Women's waist line should be 32" or less, while men's waist line should be 35" or less."

According to them no other measurement - not weight, not BMI is as importnat for vital health as the waist. Oh and it should be measured at the smallest part with tummy pulled in :-)

If you fall below this then I really wouldnt worry about the rest. Learn to love it ! :o

Go to Pattaya for Songkran,

Get soaked and drink some of the water that gets shot at you,

I went from a size 34 waist to a size 30 in 8 days

thats pretty good for your age..dont know if your "flab" is fat or excess/loose skin (common for 57 + )...but the basic formula of burn more calories than I put in + build muscle mass(free wieghts) works pretty well for me.

You could try HGH...did wonders for Rambo :o

I saw the Dr. Oz on Oprah this past weekend. Dr Oz measured the lady's waist at belly button level!! I think my waist is 2 inches north of my belly button. But maybe I am abnormal??!!
