sua yai Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 Hua Hin, cause I like walking the beach and the golf courses, although it's getting nearly as expensive as Bangkok and the place resembles a building site in the low season. Would be happy in Bang Sapang or Kao Lak also.
Richard Hall Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 City of the angels - but after years of residence I'm still wondering where they are hiding. Is it just the smog hindering to sight them? Maybe a real challenge for our new governor - make those winged babes visible which will surely lure heaps of tourists into the capital with this new unseen attraction.
NedKelly Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 The body's in Bangers.......the mind......is in the mountains sittin on the balcony of a big teak house surrounded by forest sipping something tasty and watching the rain come down.
sbk Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 Right on the beach, Koh Phangan. Just lucky I guess
KHUNDAN Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 Well I feel lucky too...I live in a small village called Ompore Krasang which is between Burirum and Surin, have been here for four years now. Love it here and enjoy the Thai folks here. Have a beautiful home, jeep and 4 motorcycles...Plus no smog, no traffic and not to much of anything else really... Just a retired marine kicking back and enjoying life...
