How Many Expats Marry Bargirls

So, how do the numbers break down? Some people reckon as many as 10-15% of expats have a bargirl wife; others are convinced the true figure is much smaller.

I think that coming up with a reasonable estimate is harder than it first appears because while many men are happy to admit anonymously to having married a bargirl, they are generally rather less candid when speaking face to face.

Personally I think the actual figure is probably about 20%.

"Jeremy Spencer" posted a total of two posts, this being the second one. The first one was almost two months ago, and went like:

"I am so fed up with people laughing at me all the time just because my wife is a former bargirl. Everyone's doing it: all the people at work, the neighbours in my village, even local school kids stop and point at me whenever they walk past."

This managed to generate several pages of replies, but Jeremy Spencer never bothered to reply back to the topic he started.

Now today we get this little gem.
