Can anyone tell me the actual date that Loi Krathong will be celibrated in Pattaya this year (2008).

I've searched all over the web but can only get references to previouse years dates and the following information:

"Loi Krathong" is traditionally performed on the full moon night of the twelfth lunar month, which usually falls on some day in November.

My desk calendar indicates the full moon at about 1pm local time 13th November, a Thursday. Although some web sites suggest the event on the night of the 12th.
