Hello, if my thai wife owes money can creditors or the govt come after my personal bank account or assets?

Because I have a bank account in my name only?

any one know about this and can shed more light on things like this

I believe that you are not legally responsible for debts of your wife....so I was told by a lawyer friend (Thai). But he did add that it may well become my responsibility, depending on whom the creditor is !!!!!!
