90 Day - Visa On Arrival Question

Featured Replies

I would like confirmation about the 90 days within 6 months. I will be leaving Thailand on the 27th April and arriving back on the 30th, counting back from April 30th to October 30th only counting the visa on arrival - I have a total of 58 days used, I did get a 2 month tourist visa from Penang which I used and also had a re-entry stamp associated with that visa but as they aren't visa on arrivals - I haven't counted them - is that correct, assuming i'm right, when I arrive back in Thailand on April 30th I will get a 30 day visa on arrival stamp??

Thanks

Jimmy

Days spend on proper visas (like a tourist visa) doesn't count towards the limit of 90 days in any 6 months period on visa exempt stamps. (no visa on arrival).

Thanks, that also includes a single re-entry which was obtained from the 60 day tourist visa??

Jimmy

A re-entry permit only keeps what you have alive - it adds nothing and is not a factor in the 90 days in six month visa exempt entry rule.
