Had a quick chat with some potential investors from Colombia that were in Samui and casually mentioned they should drop by hkt and look about.

well, %(*^%$%^&, they are arriving at 7pm.

I offered my other house for them to use, and it is perfect, but I need a Morning Person to arrive at 7-8ish, cook a nice, warm, fruitty Thai breakfast for them and wash clothes with W/D onsite.

Depart casually, and that's it for like 6-7 days (+/-). We may go and stay on Racha Yai and dive, so it is 6 or 7 ish, but.... Individual will be paid in full for One Week Service, regardless.

There must be a bar gal you are friendly with, make an approach and offer.
