Actually the 16th is a late edition. Don`t know if things are closed though.

Can confirm that immigration Offices are also closed on the 16th April.

I just need to do my usual 90 days check in- I'm stamped up to the 16th. I went in yesterday only to find the offices won't open until tomorrow [the 17th].

Do you think they will charge me the 500 baht late fee when I come in tomorrow?

As Extension of stay service was not available today they will likely just extend you.
