We were going to go back to Canada for awhile at the end of this month but now I need some tests at the hospital and also don't really want to go back yet. My 14 yr. old daughter is going berserk at the thought of missing Halloween. I think I read somewhere that they celebrate it to some degree in Pattaya, anyone know if this is true?

Every year they have a huge halloween 'do' in Khao San Rd. There are ghosts and ghouls everywhere. It is a bit of fun, and I am sure your daughter would love it.
