martin.agren
Since we booked our trip with AirAsia we've gotten new passports and credit card. Do we have to bring the old ones to check in, our will a copy be ok or nothing at all?
funfun
dont know but won't take a lot of room to take old ones never mind a copy!
joskydive
Suggest you take both. Sometimes they want to check the Credit Card you paid with and if they took a photocopy of your Passport when you booked the trip, your new one won't have the same Passport Number. jingjoe
Take both, it will save you a long and convoluted explanation at check in time.
hagler
Sort it out with them BEFORE you fly. I had a change of passport and just contacted them and had then note the changes. Reason? About 2 weeks before watched a lovely couple being POLITELY told that they wouldnt be getting on the upcoming flight cause their documents didnt match the ones on the booking. Did you contact them through e-mail (if so what is the address?) or did you call them?
